You have to Hard Reset it (hold Home + Power for 10 secs).

Your iDroid has hanged/crashed.  There is some process going on and launcher could not be called/wake up the phone.

Could you be more specific and tell us the exact error message, i.e. what application has crashed?

Could you be more specific and tell us the exact error message, i.e. what application has crashed?

When I boot on Android I get these messages:

1st: Sorry! The application BLuetooth Share (process com.android.bluetooth) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
2nd: Sorry! The application (process com.android.providers.calendar) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
3rd:  Sorry! The application Messaging (process com.android.mms) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

Why am I getting these?!

These could be the result of:

A. You have placed/modified something in system.img and that caused it to fail.

B. You have a corrupted system.img.

If you did not modify your files, then B is likely. Just replace system.img in your /private/var/idroid folder or reinstall iDroid with Bootlace.

Ok, but how could I replace system.img in that folder?!

  • Visit http://cdn.idroidproject.org/release/idroid/11.02/ and download the tar.gz corresponding to your device.
  • Untar the archive (on Windows use WinRAR or 7-zip), you should have 5 files, there should be a system.img
  • Transfer that system.img to your iOS /private/var/idroid directory. Use SSH or a USB iPhone File Manager (iPhone Explorer for example, but you can use something else). Overwrite the old system.img.

Hard Reseting can cause corruption in the files.  That's why it's best to only Hard Reset when we are forced to (everything hanged).

Sigh, I guess you also have to use a blank userdata.img... something in your settings (in userdata.img) must be causing the problems.
